How to become a UNHCR supplier

UNHCR continuously look for new suppliers that can provide the right quality goods at competitive prices.

Suppliers interested in becoming UNHCR's suppliers are encouraged to apply for registration by duly completing and submitting the UNHCR registration form to our office in Geneva, together with a copy of the latest financial statement. When preparing the registration form it is important to fill out all information as accurately and complete as possible. Incomplete submissions cannot be considered.

UNHCR also consults the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) to retrieve potential suppliers. The UNGM is a "Business Directory" of potential suppliers available to all UN and World Bank procurement personnel and is the main supplier database for fifteen UN organizations, which represents a global market of approximately US$ 4.6 billion annually for all types of goods and services.

To register with UNGM and thereby also with UNHCR, please follow the instructions provided at http://www.ungm.org/. You may also contact the UNGM Secretariat in Copenhagen by Fax + 45 35 46 70 05 and by email registry@ungm.org.

Note: registration as UNHCR supplier is free of charge.

Note: For questions or comments regarding our website, please send your email to us, gto gaitana@unhcr.ch. We value your comments and feedback, which will help us develop this site according to your needs.
